Well it’s simple! To purchase any fabulous deals offered by us, you need to be a Dealworkz member. Then all you have to do is click the buy now button and purchase what it is that catches your fancy by way of making a credit card payment gateways, direct deposit and bank transfers or a using Paypal account based payment method.
A confirmation email is sent to you with your voucher details that are available for downloading from the “My Profile” section on the Dealworkz website.
I would love to gift today’s deal to my mate, Can I buy it as a gift?
Why not? To gift any Dealworkz deal, all you have to do is sign into your Dealworkz account on our website and Click on the gift it button under each deal and simply fill in the recipients details. Before gifting any deals, we suggest you read the ‘what’s in’ and ‘what’s out’ sections under each deal to be sure of the merchant businesses deal Gifting policies (if any).
Can I still gift a deal to my mates even if voucher is in my name?
That is entirely between you and the merchant business offering the deal. If you would like to gift your voucher to your mate, you will need to make prior arrangements with the business and the business may require valid ID proof from whoever would like to redeem your voucher on your behalf. Dealworkz cannot resell your voucher or be held liable for any theft, damage or use of your voucher by another entity with or without your approval.
Can I purchase multiple Dealworkz voucher for the same deal?
More often than not you can. Most merchants allow buyers to purchase unlimited vouchers however in some instances this may not be the case so it's a good idea to read the ‘whats in’ and ‘whats out’ section of the deal in question for the specifics.

No worries at all! Think you still may have the email sitting in your deleted mails folder and if not, you can also find your voucher details available in your My Profile section on Dealworkz website, once you Log in. Alternatively shoot us a quick email at admin@dealworkz.com.au with your name, email address and the deal you purchased.
I purchased the voucher and received the email confirmation but where’s my voucher?
Your voucher will be available for downloading from the ‘My Profile’ section on the top right hand corner of the Dealworkz website. Once you click on that you will see the My Account tab where your voucher is located.
Simply move your mouse over the My Account tab to reveal a drop down menu, where your voucher is sitting under the purchased deals tab, ready to be downloaded and used.
I’m not so sure about the deal I have just purchased. Can I get a refund or exchange it?
We’re sorry we are unable to allow for refunds or exchange of vouchers purchased for change of mind. For more information please familiarize yourself with the Dealworkz Terms and Conditions. However we understand mishaps can happen and we are more than happy to provide a tailored solution in case of genuine issues or complaints.
I can’t get in touch with the Business featured to make an appointment. What do I do?
We know you’d love to experience the deal you have purchased as soon as you can. But this isn’t always possible. The business may be experiencing a busy period especially after a deal promotion run with us, so like the old saying goes “good things come to those who wait”. So don’t worry, you’ll have till the end of expiry date of the voucher to redeem and enjoy. In some instances we might be able to assist you with bookings should we be notified by you of the situation at least 3 weeks prior to the expiry of the deal.
What if the business whose voucher I have purchased through Dealworkz, closes shop before the voucher can be redeemed?
Such situations are dealt by Dealworkz on a case by case basis. In such an instance Dealworkz will guarantee a full refund subject to the condition that the proceeds of the deal have not been transferred to the merchant. However if a situation arises where the proceeds of a promotion are already transferred to the merchant in question and we are unable to recover those funds, Dealworkz will issue you with store credit. In other instances Dealworkz will use its best efforts to find a satisfactory solution for our members.
How long will my Dealworkz voucher be valid for use?
All Dealworkz vouchers are different in nature and the validity entirely depends on the business that we are representing. So it would be a good idea to read the ‘what’s in’ and ‘what’s out’ section under each deal to determine how long the voucher for the deal will remain valid for use.
Can I combine my Dealworkz voucher to use with another offer or discount from the same business?
Unfortunately not, unless specifically stated by the merchant business in their terms and conditions for voucher use and redemption. Either check the ‘What’s out’ section under the deal or contact the merchant business.
If I don’t use the entire value of my Dealworkz voucher in one go, can I get credit for the remainder?
Unfortunately not, unless specifically stated by the terms and conditions of the merchant business.

I receive a Dealworkz deal email everyday but can’t login into my account to make a purchase?
That’s because you are not a Dealworkz member yet! Subscribing to receive Deals and offers from the Dealworkz website and ‘Becoming a member’ are 2 different things. While you subscribe to be ‘informed’ of what’s on offer, to actually purchase a deal you fancy, you will need to ‘Become a member’ by clicking on the link on the top right hand side of the website.
Oh No I Forgot my password Now what?
Click on the Sign In page of the Dealworkz website and choose the ‘forgot password’ option and enter your email address. We will send you a new password (this is case sensitive) and once you access your account, you can change your password to a preferred one. Easy done!

What happens if I purchase a product and my item is broken or defective or the wrong item was shipped?
Please carefully inspect all products received upon delivery. If your item is broken, defective or incorrect, please contact Dealworkz promptly within 3 working days.
A representative will take you through the necessary steps required to determine the outcome. All products shipped by Dealworkz are covered for any damage in transit.
In most cases we can offer you an exchange or replacement product however where this isn’t possible, we will issue a refund in full.
What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact Dealworkz as soon as possible via email only - admin@dealworkz.com.au so we can have a record of your communication with us and forward the same to our courier providers where needed. If your product has not been dispatched, they will update your details and the product will be shipped to your correct shipping address. If the product has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to our warehouse and the cost of re-delivering the product to the correct shipping address.

Are your products new or refurbished?
At Dealworkz we only sell brand new products. There is no refurbished stock sold unless otherwise explicitly mentioned for a particular deal in question.
Are your tablets, mobile phones, and other 3G devices unlocked for use on any mobile network?
All 3G devices sold by Dealworkz are unlocked and can be used on any Australian mobile network unless otherwise stated.
The product that I want is not listed on the Dealworkz website. Can I request for it? Is there an extra charge?
At Dealworkz we are constantly striving to increase our product range and offer a one stop shop solution for all our customers. Despite our best efforts, there may be times you may not be able to find the product you are looking for, so we encourage you to contact us and request the same. It simply might be we have the product/s in stock, but just haven't had the time to have them featured on the website just as yet.

What does your Warranty Cover?
Dealworkz provides a comprehensive warranty and after sales support service. All Dealworkz overseas products come with a minimum 12 month warranty that covers manufacturer's faults. For all electronic products there is the option of purchasing additional MACK warranty extending the warranty of your product for a further period of up to 5 years.

Can I be informed when my item is shipped so that I can be at home for delivery?
When your item is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with your unique tracking number (where available) and the courier contact details. You will be able to view your products estimated arrival date but cannot provide a specific time or phone you prior to delivery.
Wherever possible, we suggest using a work address or somewhere that someone will be present to sign.
Can you deliver to a PO BOX?
We deliver all orders by courier and a signature is required on delivery. Therefore, it is not possible to deliver to a PO BOX at this stage.
How can I get assistance with my delivery?
You can contact your courier directly and quote the tracking number to receive more detailed information about the delivery process.
What happens if no one is home? Can you deliver on weekends?
If you are not present on the delivery site to receive your products dispatched by our channel partners, the delivery driver will take the item to the nearest possible post office from where you can pick up the same upon presenting a valid ID and order details.
Weekend deliveries are not possible. Yet!
Will I get a call prior to or upon delivery?
Our couriers cannot call you prior to or upon delivery.
Any chances of Price Match?

Besides some providers may only display products prices whilst shipping costs are added at a later stage, this is not the case of Dealworkz where what you see is what you get. No less.

Does the delivery charge include insurance?
Yes. Your order will be fully insured while it is on its way to you. The courier services that we use are highly efficient and reliable and you can rest assured that your order will be handled with care.
Will I get an invoice with my purchase?

Can I transfer my item and its warranty to a new owner?
Our Sales team will be more than happy to help you transfer the warranty of an item to a new owner. Please contact us with the name, email, physical address and contact phone number of the new owner you wish to transfer the warranty to.
If my product needs to be repaired, who will cover the freight costs?
Dealworkz will cover all freight costs if your product needs to be repaired under warranty.
However it will be your responsibility to ensure it is packaged securely and includes all accessories originally supplied. The best way to do this is to keep the original packaging. If you don’t have the original box please make sure it is packaged with appropriate packaging in a box, preferably padded with bubble wrap or foam packaging.
Where do I take my product for warranty repairs?

A team member will contact you to arrange logistics. Please ensure you include all requested information including your order details, product serial number, and a full description of the issue you are experiencing.
Do I pay any GST/ taxes for this product being shipped from overseas to me?
In most cases no. If your total product purchase on the Dealworkz website has not exceeded $999.00 there will be no GST or taxes payable under the $1000 GST Free scheme. However If you make purchases beyond this threshold, some taxes may be applicable. Please visit the Australian Customs website and an official will be in touch with you once the package arrives to the nearest port in Australia. You can pay duties directly.
Where is the product coming from?
Dealworkz imports electronics and related products/accessories from Hong Kong.
I want to know more about the 15 day Money Back Guarantee. When does this commence?
In order to organize a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must notify Dealworkz by way of email admin@dealworkz.com.au within 15 days of placing an order/making a purchase of their Overseas Imported Products by Dealworkz (Electronics and/or related accessories), and request a refund under these terms and conditions. The customer agrees to comply with the directions provided by Dealworkz staff so as to facilitate a refund as soon as possible and/or in the most efficient manner.
Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price of the product and exclusive of any delivery costs as specified in the customer’s order.
The 15 day period will commence on the date when the customer receives the product purchased on the Dealworkz website. Where there is no proof of purchase, the customer agrees to waive any rights/entitlements to claim a refund from Dealworkz.
